Seacom Online Returns Policy

New Purchase
- You can cancel this order within 3 days upon receipt of order.
- You can exchange new, unopened item(s)  within 1 week upon receipt of order
- Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost
- Delivered shipping cost is not refundable.
- Good(s) sold are not refundable.

Warranty Claim
- Goods sold by Seacom Online (SCO) come with limited warranty, which covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Inspection charge.

- Limited warranty does NOT cover the following damage caused by:

  • User defects
  • Transit
  • Short circuit / Lightning surge
  • User mishandling

- Limited warranty does NOT cover the following service(s) or expense(s):

  • On site maintainance 
  • Courier charges (customer must send the goods to our office and self collect upon repair) 
  • Warranty claim courier charges (for goods that need to send to overseas for repair, customer must pay for such charges even tough it is manufacturing defects, waiver of such charges are case-by-case approval by management)

- Limited Warranty period for wear and tear items (such as chart paper and recording pen) are dead on arrival. Limited Warranty period for other items ranges from 3 months to 12 months from purchase date, depends on product.


Service and Maintenance after warranty period

SCO provides service and maintenance for products sold. To return a product for service or maintenance, please follow the following steps:

  1. Consult our sales via phone, email or fax
  2. Obtain a RMA number and quote of inspection charge
  3. Please Pay the inspection charge and send the goods to us (SCO will only proceed with inspection upon receipt of your payment)
  4. Please allow 3-10 working days for inspection
  5. Our technician will contact you for actual spare part costs (if any)
  6. If you agree with the spare part costs, please bank in and SCO will proceed with full repair upon receipt of your full payment.
  7. If there is no faulty part(s), SCO will proceed with repair.
  8. Once repair is done, SCO will contact you for collection.
